HANDMADE EARRING CARE
Store in a clean dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
Polymer clay can get wet, so if you get caught in the middle of a rain storm with nothing to cover your ears, it's fine (the earrings getting wet part, not you getting soaked- that's unfortunate and even the cutest pair of earrings can't save you then).
However, we don't recommend wearing your earrings in the shower, pool or during any other planned long exposures to water, no matter how much you love them.
If your earrings get dirty from makeup, sticky-handed children or any of life's other mishaps, gently swab them with a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol or acetone (if earrings are matte, acetone may be used- if not, use rubbing alcohol).
Brass pieces will gradually patina over time with exposure to oxygen and moisture. If you prefer a bright sheen, periodically polish brass pieces with a soft cloth or paper towel and/or brass cleaner (we recommend Brasso) to maintain the shine.
